What is the minimum money transfer amount and maximum number of transactions?

"You can send at least 100 TL for each money transfer. You also have the right to make money transfers a maximum of 15 times per day.

What is the ATM withdrawal limit?

Unverified accounts cannot perform withdrawal transactions. For verified accounts, the monthly limit is 100,000 TL, and the annual limit is 500,000 TL. Withdrawals can be made with a minimum of 100 TL and its multiples; In addition, a maximum of 15 transactions can be performed per day.

How can I change my password?

How can I change the app language?

How Does DOA Work?

Check if your packaging has a deposit.

If it has a Deposit symbol, your packaging is returnable. You can bring your deposit-bearing glass, PET, and aluminum packaging to DOA Return Points.

Find the Nearest Return Point to You

You can bring the deposit packaging to the nearest return point, which you can access via the DOA app. Scan the QR code on the screen of the DOA Return Machine with your mobile phone camera, and at the DOA Return Center, scan the QR code on the attendant's device with your camera to start the recycling journey of your deposit product.

Receive Your DOA Return Fee

By scanning the QR code on the screen of the DOA Return Machine with your mobile phone camera or by scanning the staff member's QR code with your camera and handing over your package, you can instantly see your return amount in your digital wallet.

Spend It as You Wish

You can transfer your return fees to your bank account, make EFT and wire transfer transactions, withdraw from ATMs, or spend online with your virtual card. Additionally, you can make payments with the DOA app at any location that supports QR code payment with a POS device.

How can I use the DOA mobile app to return packaging with a deposit to DOA Return Machines?

To process your return through the DOA Return Machine;
